Our products are federally legal due to the 2018 Farm Bill. To ensure compliance with federal law, we regularly test all our products with third-party labs. The Farm Bill legalized Hemp products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, products like THC gummies are relatively heavy. They can hold more Delta 9 THC whilst remaining federally legal. In addition, our flower contains high amounts of naturally occurring THCa, which turns into Delta 9 THC when smoked, giving you the same great feeling as Marijuana whilst remaining federally legal.

A Delta 8 high feels like the same type of high you’d get from Marijuana, just not as strong. In addition, users often report that it’s more calming, relaxing, and subtle.
Our products can cause you to test positive for THC. Although our products are Hemp-derived, most tests are not looking for specific types of THC. Instead, tests usually look for any kind of THC in your system. We recommend not using our products if you must pass a drug test or are subject to regular testing.
THC Questions

Cannabinoids are natural compounds in hemp plants that interact with the body’s Endocannabinoid System (ESC), influencing various functions like mood, pain, and appetite. Well-known cannabinoids, like THC, produce psychoactive effects, and CBD, which is non-intoxicating and known for its potential therapeutic benefits. There are over 100 different cannabinoids, each with unique properties that contribute to the overall effects of Hemp-derived THC.
Delta 8 refers to THC extracted from the Hemp plant. It has the number 8 because of where the double bond is located in the chain of carbon atoms. This causes the THC to bond with our Endocannabinoid Receptors (ECS) more lightly, causing light intoxication. In other words, it blocks the receptors that cause that high feeling, but not in an overly exaggerated way.
Delta 9 (Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is one of the main active compounds found in Hemp. However, unlike Marijuana, which produces high amounts of Delta 9, Hemp produces Delta 9 in small quantities. Due to the 2018 Farm Bill, we are unable to extract Delta 9 from the Marijuana plant. Therefore, our Delta 9 is extracted from Hemp; we add just enough Hemp-derived Delta 9 to give a head change while staying federally compliant.
THCA (Tetrahydrocannabinolic Acid) is the precursor of THC. It is a natural compound found in raw cannabis that converts into THC when exposed to heat, producing psychoactive effects. This process is called decarboxylation because before THCA is converted to THC, it can’t get you high. It’s not until the THCA becomes activated that it can get you high. The way you activate the THCA is by smoking, vaping, or cooking (edibles) the compound.
